  I love Longhorn Steakhouse BUT this location has PROBLEMS. Poor management. Stopped in on 12/20 and sat at the bar. It was trashed. Server in the weeds the ENTIRE time. He tried his best. Manager helped hostess seat people In lieu of helping staff. Let people sit for 5 minutes while you get it together for a BETTER dining experience.
  
  Stopped in same location on our way back to Florida...same thing only worse. Sat at the bar full of dirty dishes. Cleaned our own space...waited 15 minutes and NO ONE acknowledged us. Manager helping the hostess seat patrons....not MANAGING the restaurant. Thank goodness our Longhorn in Palm Harbor is run by a pro with care for Customers. Shame on the managers at this location. Forget this location drive to the next one...
