First off THE manager Karin is RUDE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! She asked to see the paperwork on my 7lb service dog!!! Against the law .....he had his ID TAG properly placed And visible!!!
Gave us a hard time about him ...called her GM And said other customers were complaining and there was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE AT THE TIME IT WAS 2:00pm
The slider meet was cold and the buns were stiff! Definitely not fresh.... ..gives Arbys a thumbs down. Reported them to Fed Gov ADA they are getting fined. ! Maybe they will learn the rules and regulations now!! Still tried to argue with me as I walked out!!!!! I did stay till I finished lunch!!December 11, 2016 - 4 / 5By chris doveGreat customer service.
